Porsche 911 SC "Safari"
Project description
The owner of this unit wanted to give his 911 SC a Safari look, without making a lot of modifications. The end result is a vehicle that with few changes, draws a lot of attention wherever it goes.
The car was not restored and it was sought to preserve the good Patina that it had. The wear of the paint, the small scratches, etc ... were preserved in order to give more veracity to the Safari look that was sought. Aesthetically only the "911" sticker on the front bonnet was added, an original Porsche accessory for the first 911s of the G series, and a roof rack with a suitcase and the spare tire.
On a technical level, Bilstein Sport suspensions were mounted, the car was raised a bit and Bridgestone All Terrain tires were fitted with Cookie Cutter rims. These tires, thanks to their aggressive tread, give the car much more aggressiveness and greatly help the offroad look we were looking for.
With these simple modifications and with a little dust on the bodywork, the effect sought by its owner is achieved.
