The 911 Carrera 3.0 is a very attractive model, largely due to its rarity, as it was only available for a few months between 1976 and 1977. This fact makes it a more sought-after 911 than its SC and Carrera 3.2 siblings. Aesthetically, it is recognisable by its black Targa arch and body-coloured elephant mirror (right-hand mirror optional). Another new feature of the models from this period is that the bodywork was already galvanised, greatly reducing rust problems.
