The 2022 Porsche Classic Series season kicks off

Last Saturday, April 9, a new season of the Porsche Classic Series began with a total record of participants for an inaugural round of this championship.

In total, 103 teams signed up between cars and motorcycles in the different categories and in Julià 911, we participated with our usual 911 Carrera RS, giving rest this time to our 924 prepared for the circuit. Likewise, several customer teams participated, among others with a 911 2.4T, a Cayman 987,... In this first race, public attendance was also greater, since the Covid regulations that prevented last year the access to a large part of the public were not present anymore.

Apart from our 911 Carrera RS, there was a lot of expectation in the circuit pits for our 964 Carrera 4 Targa Backdating and for one of our prepared Cayennes. Both models caused a lot of curiosity and admiration on the part of the participants and the general public.

The next championship race will be held in Alcarràs (Lleida), on May 7.
